Niki Papazoglakis

Niki Papazoglakis has 20 years' experience working in public safety technology and communications. In her roles as Director of the Mobility Acceleration Coalition and Program Coordinator for Harris County's FirstNet Early Builder program, Niki has pioneered public safety mobile collaboration efforts and led arguably the most successful multi-organizational mobile collaboration deployments in the nation to-date. Throughout her career, Niki has led numerous ground-breaking projects that have helped advance the state of public safety communications and IT nationally. This includes the first regional broadband requirements gathering project which DHS incorporated into its best practices guidance, the first all-digital PSAP with sub-second connections for wireless callers, and the first large-scale operational deployment of PSLTE for Super Bowl LI in Houston which set a standard for the utilization of mobile broadband technologies through seamless interoperability and information sharing. Niki holds a Bachelor's in Economics and a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in criminal justice policy. She utilized her real-world application of public safety collaboration experience working across organizations from Fortune 500 Tech leaders to innovative start-ups, and her educational background in economics and public administration to launch Bridge 4 Public Safety (Bridge4PS).
